The Blue Kollar Koaching Engagement Champion initiative is designed as a proactive investment in employees, reinforcing ownership, collaboration, and shared responsibility for workplace culture at all levels of the organization.
As this program was developed, it became clear that many of the factors that drive strong employee engagement are closely connected to effective leadership traits—things like communication, accountability, trust, and teamwork. However, the Engagement Champion Program is not designed only for managers or formal leaders. It is built for employees who are motivated to help their organization succeed and who naturally want to contribute to a stronger workplace culture.
