Who I Am

Hi, I’m Keith. I am a retired veteran who found a second career as a Human Resources Professional. I spent well over 20 years developing the best our nation had to offer. I began to miss helping young men and women develop as leaders and as a person, so I began this endeavor. I bring to this effort not only developmental experience, but also an HR background. Along with my current position, I bring an additional 10 years experience at senior levels of Human resources. My education and certifications in SHRM a PHR gives me additional insight to help clients reach their goals. I coach and provide leader development part time in the evenings. I found my personal success leading from the middle of the organization and helping others do the same. I bring a simple blue-collar approach to coaching and development. Please take the time to look at what I believe in below and if it interests you, I hope to hear from you.

My Vision

I am a Change Agent for a Culture of Leadership

What I Do

I bridge the gap from where you are, to where you want to be. Through a coaching venue, I will help you see who you can be and what is possible through development. Through open, candid, and honest dialog, I will help you find your own path to achieve your goals giving you the belief in your ability to accomplish them. Through planning and reflection, I help turn the vision of your path into an action plan that provides results allowing you to achieve your goals.

How I Do It

I will empower you to move from awareness to action. I facilitate change by helping you challenge assumptions and biases. I put your perspectives to the test and together, we will reframe challenges in a new light. I help identify barriers to your goals and enable you to adopt strategies to overcome them and turn them into opportunities. I help develop short and long-term goals, that are achievable, measurable, and desirable. I help recognize and acknowledge achievements and encourage clients to use that momentum to reach even higher heights.

What I Value

  • Vision – It all starts with a vision. If you can see it, you can begin to believe it. When you believe it, through effort, it is achievable.
  • The “Want To” – Anyone can participate in a coaching and development program and learn, but those who truly “want to” be a better version of themselves tomorrow than they are today will always get more from the experience.
  • Respectfulness – Each of us who respect and value people receive a return on investment for their efforts in the form on loyalty and engagement from those we interact with.
  • Honesty – Honesty comes in many forms, not just from the words a person speaks. Those who are honest about who they are and open with others earn trust.
