Blue Kollar Koaching was created by a retired military veteran with the idea of bringing the benefits of coaching and development to more that just executive leaders. Who I Am
Hi, I’m Keith. I am a retired veteran who transitioned my service related Human Resources career to the civilian workforce. I have seen first hand the positive impact development can have on individuals and the organization. Having spent well over 20 years developing the best our nation had to offer, I began to miss helping develop talent and helping people be successful and reach their goals. As a result, I began this journey. My HR background includes both the strategic and operational sides of human resources. My education and certifications in SHRM-SCP a PHR gives me additional insight to help clients reach their goals. I found my personal success leading from the middle of the organization and helping others do the same. I bring a simple blue-collar approach to coaching and development.
